We are happy to announce that we are once again partnering with Toys for Tots this holiday season! We are an authorized drop off site. We are collecting new, unwrapped toys for kids of all ages until December 11th. Toys for Tots is also accepting cash donations by scanning the QR code.

Last week we armchair traveled to Australia! We enjoyed a video called "The Wonders of Australia" showing, and we enjoyed two popular snacks often eaten in Australia. We had Aussey Spinach Dip and Pita chips and Pavlova fruit cake!

Fun fact about Alaska - it is the largest state in the US covering 663,000 square miles, which is more than DOUBLE the size of Texas!!

We kept busy indoors during this weeks heat wave!

Lots of crafts and painting, balloon parachute, an armchair trip to New Zealand -- we enjoyed a pavlov cake, a staple in New Zealand! And ended the week with enjoying the fresh air (finally, no humidity!!) and Milkshakes!

Yesterday we had Lifting Spirits mini therapy horses visit, and our special guest of honor was Mr. Buttons! Mr. Buttons was born with dwarfism because both of his parents carried the gene, but his life is a miracle because most horses pass away shortly after birth if they are born with this condition. Mr. Buttons is friendly, so cute, and welcome back anytime! He was loved by all!
