Some days you’re really feeling it! Some days, not so much. I’m blaming the energy of the Full Moon. But in the famous words of @509.to.damnshesfine ...”I still burned more calories than I would laying in bed.” Today wasn’t my best workout day, but it was still a workout day! @509.to.damnshesfine even though we found out our battle ropes suck 🤣🤣🤣 Right

Happy Cochlearversary Payton!!! It’s been two years since you’ve received your Cochlear Implant. I will never forget that day, or the days leading up to that day. You are the bravest little girl I’ve ever met. You continue to amaze us everyday!

The advocacy you have shown for yourself is impressive! You have no problem standing up for yourself and saying, “I’m Deaf. I don’t understand you, you need to repeat or sign!”

And always know...you were made Perfect! You were made to change the World. You weren’t made to change for the World.

As your parents it’s our job to give you every opportunity available to you. Hearing aids, implants, speech, ASL, Deaf schools, mainstream schools....it’s all there for you. And it’s all your choice. We love you 😊❤️🤟🏻

Your fitness isn’t just physical. It’s your overall well being. I’m hitting a place where I’m realizing how my mental state effects my physical state, and vice Versa. Thank You for always checking in on my mental state as well as my physical state. And also understanding my crazy mindset. Lol. It really sets you apart as a Personal Trainer.
