I don’t believe in resolutions. What I believe in is intentions.
I felt like I was just going through the motions last year and just pushing my body to do what I wanted it to do.

This year, I want to be more intentional.
More aware.
More centered.

I remember when I used to teach Zumba, I’d have women in my class who’d already been to 2 other classss before mine that day 😅

They were committed, and wanting to see results but looked EXACTLY the same month over month.

After one of my classes, one of them asked me “Masiel, what the heck do I need to do to lose weight?!”

Me: “Take less classes & focus on your eating.”

This is where my coaching framework started to be developed - ✨MNM ✨

MINDSET: I noticed that a lot of women had an all or nothing mindset. They’d start so strong and take 50-Leven classes but weren’t willing to make the changes in their lives that were going to take them to the next level. In other words - learning to not quit every-time they hit a road block

NUTRITION: I noticed the misconception of “dieting is hard and restrictive.” The weekends they’d be completely off the rails, have bouts of emotional eating and treating treats as rewards. They’d focus on more exercising instead of the other 23 hrs outside of the gym 👀 so I started teaching women that it will literally not matter what you do in the gym if you don’t control what you put in your mouth FIRST

FITNESS: When I’d ask women in my classes why they didn’t strength train they’d tell me they had no idea what to do in the gym. So they’d stick to classes because someone was telling them exactly what to do. Or they’d just do the treadmill and leave 😩 so I started hosting bootcamps and strength training classes to teach them exactly how to get the toned look they were going for

Since then, I’ve coached over 400 women and have continued to strengthen my methodology.
