🎉 What an honor we had to be presented with the 2025 Silver – Achievement in Quality Award at the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living meeting in Las Vegas! Our Executive Director, Carla Ciaramella, attended the awards banquet in person and is pictured here with Todd Fletcher, Life Care Centers of America President, and Zo Long, Northeast Division Vice President.

The National Quality Award Program has three levels: Bronze 🥉, Silver 🥈 and Gold 🥇. Senior care facilities begin at the Bronze level and must earn an award at each level before applying for the next. Life Care Center of the North Shore earned the Bronze level in 2022, and our team is so proud to have achieved this next tier of excellence.
