The Lynn Calm Team was grateful to join the Curwin Circle Youth Program facilitated by Lynn Housing Authority & Development! We enjoyed spending time with local teens, hearing about their experiences, and sharing how the Calm Team can help de-escalate conflicts and connect young people with local resources.
Huge shout-out to Jesse Warren, Lynn Calm Team Advisory Board member, for organizing this event and creating a welcoming space for teens. Your dedication to the Calm Team and the youth of Lynn truly makes a difference!

We’re grateful for our community partners who trust and collaborate with the Calm Team to support Lynn residents in moments of need. 💛
Here’s what My Brother’s Table shared about their experience working with us:
“We have called Calm when we have someone who is distressed yet doesn’t need police or medical help. Sometimes people just need someone to listen to them and acknowledge their struggles, possibly offering advice or assistance if they want it. The team brings open ears and open hearts, and they have the time to sit with someone and hear them out. Calling Calm is a great way to cool down a situation or provide an extra person to view the situation from a new vantage point. You don’t have to solve every problem by yourself — there are local folks who can help!”
The Lynn Calm Team is proud to partner with My Brother’s Table and other local organizations working to create a more compassionate Lynn. 🌿

The Calm Team had a great time attending the Veterans Resource Fair at LHAND, hosted by Councilor-at-Large Nicole D. McClain. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with Lynn veterans, share information about the Lynn unarmed response team, and strengthen partnerships within the community. We’re grateful for the chance to support those who have served and to collaborate with so many dedicated local organizations.
Thank you to Councilor-at-Large Nicole McClain for hosting such a great event.

El Calm Team la pasó súper bien asistiendo a la Feria de Recursos para Veteranos en LHAND, organizada por la Concejal General Nicole D. McClain. Fue una oportunidad maravillosa para conectar con los veteranos de Lynn, compartir información sobre el equipo de respuesta sin armas de Lynn y fortalecer las alianzas dentro de la comunidad.
