We're thrilled to celebrate Rachel as she joins our Macon leadership team as our newest clinical supervisor!

Rachel has been an RN since 2002. She worked in the Neonatal ICU for 15 years before coming back as a post-partum RN and Lactation nurse. She has been working with Aveanna for over a year, and in that time, she supported our families and patients with such compassion and heart.

Rachel may be an introvert, but her calming energy speaks volumes! This is seen within the relationships she has built with all of her patients and clinical team. PDN offered her the flexibility to be active with her 5 children, 2 kittens, and her love for yoga and meditation.

As a working mother, Rachel feels very grateful to continue her work in supporting mothers, children and field nurses, now as a clinical supervisor!

November is Epilepsy Awareness Month, an important time to boost awareness, educate the public, and advocate for increased funding and research on epilepsy.

Epilepsy is a brain disorder that triggers recurring, unprovoked seizures.
