Two local men’s mental health meetups are teaming up again to give men a space to talk, connect, and support one another. Around 20 men attend each session monthly, a sign of how needed and valued these gatherings are!

Join Macon Mental Health Matters, MVP: Macon Violence Prevention, and Serenity Entertainment Complex on Monday, October 27, from 6:30-8:00 PM at Serenity Entertainment Complex (427 Poplar Street) for conversation and community centered on men’s health and well-being.

Cooking & Counseling with Guest Chef Saralyn Collins from Grow Fresh Local Food!

We’re back for another Cooking & Counseling experience; where food, conversation, and community come together for nourishment of the body and mind.

This session features Chef Saralyn Collins leading in the kitchen, Chef DeAndre Hall, and Cooke C Andrea with the counseling side, helping us blend life lessons with every recipe.

Looking forward to an evening of good food, meaningful dialogue, and connection that feeds the soul.
