🏀 March Mayhem brought the excitement last week at Genesee Lake School, a MyPath Company! 🙌

From the opening games to the championship matchup, the energy, teamwork, and sportsmanship were on full display. The final game ended with a 41–34 victory for the GOAT-Town Ballers, capping off a fun and competitive tournament! 🏆

A big shoutout to the cheer squad for keeping the crowd engaged and the energy high throughout every game. 🎉

Events like this are a great reminder of the power of connection, confidence, and community. 💙

Today is World Autism Awareness Day. 💙

As Women’s History Month comes to a close, we’re reflecting on the impact, leadership, and legacy of the women who shape our organization and our communities every day.

At MyPath, that impact is woven into everything we do. As a majority women employee-owned organization, we are proud to celebrate not just this month, but the ongoing contributions of women who lead with purpose and vision.

Kim Ray, our Chief Operating Officer, shared it best:

MyPath was proud to support and attend the Milwaukee International Women’s Day Coalition event earlier this month. 💜

The event brought together an inspiring community of leaders, creators, and advocates, including members of our Women Pathfinders Employee Resource Group, focused on advancing equity and celebrating the impact of women.

Jess Moore and Katrina Teresi, Co-Chairs of our Women Pathfinders ERG, led a breakout session highlighting MyPath’s journey to becoming a majority women employee-owned organization and how that model supports equity, opportunity, and long-term impact.

Attendees also heard from keynote speaker Francesca Hong, enjoyed a powerful performance, and connected with local artists and small businesses.

At MyPath, we believe in uplifting women’s voices and leadership—not just in March, but every day.

We’re recognizing the incredible team members behind the scenes at our MyPath schools, those who support learning, spark growth, and make a lasting impact every day.

Today, we’re excited to introduce Jessica Rychlik, Gen Ed Instructional Coach at Genesee Lake School (GLS), a MyPath Company.

Jessica’s journey at GLS spans 15 years, beginning as an Instructional Aid and growing into a teacher role before stepping into instructional coaching.

With experience teaching grades 3–12 in both self-contained and departmentalized classrooms, she brings deep expertise and passion to designing engaging, visually rich lessons that support diverse learners.

Her work is rooted in collaboration—partnering with teachers to create high-engagement, student-centered instruction, with a special focus on strengthening mathematics and literacy skills while fostering critical thinking.

💬 “Seeing our students succeed—the small wins every day, the progress over time, and the success stories following transitions or graduation—makes this work so meaningful. It’s also the incredible staff at GLS who make it such a fulfilling place to be.”

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys reading, hiking, and exploring new places with her husband and son.

Thanks to the care, patience, and dedication of his therapy team at Genesee Community Services (GCS), a MyPath Company, Grayson found his voice — and the confidence to take that next big step.

Stories like Grayson’s are why we do what we do. We’re so proud of him and grateful to the GCS team members who make moments like this happen every day. 💙
