These 2 amazing young ladies, who are also sisters, completed the this past weekend ! Over 21 miles, 47,000 steps, in up and down terrain! WOW!…They’ve been training for almost a year now; losing lots of body fat, gaining pounds of muscle and strength, and working on their conditioning several times a week…BUT, they’ve also been putting in some major work away from the gym with their nutrition and getting in those long hikes on the weekend to prepare for this event…We couldn’t be more proud of them and all of their hard work and dedication week after week and can’t wait to see what’s in store for them the remainder of 2026💪😊
