Super proud of this client! Shes been training for less than 5 months and has made some significant progress-just look at those on her body scan! Her over all weight is down over 20 pounds while her muscle mass has stayed consistent at 78 pounds. Her percent body fat(which is where she has lost the majority of her weight) is down 7%. This is a solid, consistent, weight & body fat loss that’s led to her maintaining her muscle & metabolism. And how did she do this? By strength training 2-3 times a week with us , getting other non session activity/exercise in multiple times a week away from the gym, and eating more clean protein and healthy fats while cutting her high glycemic carbs down to next to none…I can’t wait to post her before and after pics in the coming months💪😊
