These 2 amazing young ladies, who are also sisters, completed the this past weekend ! Over 21 miles, 47,000 steps, in up and down terrain! WOW!…They’ve been training for almost a year now; losing lots of body fat, gaining pounds of muscle and strength, and working on their conditioning several times a week…BUT, they’ve also been putting in some major work away from the gym with their nutrition and getting in those long hikes on the weekend to prepare for this event…We couldn’t be more proud of them and all of their hard work and dedication week after week and can’t wait to see what’s in store for them the remainder of 2026💪😊

We’ve been enjoying the later sunset evenings this Spring-eating whole food healthy meals on the back deck that prepared. From ribeyes & grass fed burgers() on homemade sour dough bread(), to wild caught salmon filets(), to Greek organic non-GMO free range chicken() all cooked with grass fed butter or 100% avocado/olive oil…Beautiful sunsets with beautiful whole food(the way God intended) made by my beautiful wife-life doesn’t get much better than this 💪😊

We need to raise our glass to this young lady 🥂…She’s back again with new PRs! It’s Laurie Z and we couldn’t wait to show off what she’s been up to …Laurie hit a 3 minute plank(she could have gone longer) which is in the EXCELLENT RANGE for a female in her age group(and any female age group really)…And she did 25 glider sliders reps which is VERY DIFFICULT…She’s very strong in many areas but her core strength is EXCEPTIONAL. One of her core strength secrets? She has been doing Pilates for years while also strength training with us for over a year and a half now…Great job Laurie! Let’s keep those PRs going 💪😊

Happy Easter everyone💪✝️…Today is a great day to think upon what each of us is grateful for.

What are you grateful for? I am grateful for God sending His son to save us and his ability to forgive us for our transgressions even when we don’t deserve that forgiveness. I’m also grateful for my amazing wife, , my incredible daughters .stewart and Carrina, and my work which allows me to help others become healthier versions of themselves and for those clients that allow me the opportunity to work with them. I can go on and on…Feel free to list in the comments what you are grateful for today 💪

Look at these 2 clients, who also happen to be sisters, out for a little 12+ mile ‘leisurely’ trail hike on this Spring Saturday! Now that’s some serious weekend work💪😊…They are training for a longer hike that’s a few weeks away and doing a fantastic job of getting their miles in while living busy busy lives. Great job & ‼️ Y’all have earned a well deserved Sunday Easter rest day💪🐣 ❤️

Want to make yourself a healthier snack that’s got good fats, carbs and protein? Try making your own trail mix. But, make sure you are getting things like healthy nuts not cooked in seed oils, dried fruits not covered in extra refined sugar, and chocolate chips sweetened with stevia and not sugar…Here is some of what I make to take with me in the car and to work. If I need a little boost I just grab a HANDFUL(NOT a cupful). It’s a great way to get those hunger pains to go away while giving our bodies good nutrients that curb our appetites for a while and not just for a few minutes like a sugary processed snack would do 💪😊

Wait-what?!😲😲😲…I received these 3 texts all within the last 24 hours from 3 different clients. All of which have been working with us for at least 10 months. One has been with us for a couple of years. And that’s what it takes to get that stubborn body fat off and to also maintain their muscle mass-consistent, persistent, daily/weekly/monthly work in the gym AND away from the gym. Each of these clients strength train at least 2-3 times a week consistently BUT they also get in other high level activity by getting an extra strength training session in on their own, taking classes, going for long fast paced walks etc. AND, they are all 3 focused on their nutrition, supplementation, and rest/recovery. That’s the TriFit Training & Wellness way and they are living proof that it works and it creates a sustainable healthy lifestyle that they can do for the remainder of their lives…which is getting longer by the day💪😊 💪
