**OH NO, I FORGOT THE EGGS**

Keep getting asked about "how" I make hardboiled eggs. Generally, I am speechless while I consider what sort of "plan" I use when boiling eggs. This is how it usually rolls...

Step 1. Boil water.

Step 2. Remember you are boiling water. Gently drop eggs in. Yes, I have in fact boiled off a whole pot of water due to not remembering. Whoops.

Step 3. Boil for 10-15 minutes...range provided due to the fact that I almost always forget I am boiling eggs and race back to the stove hoping it is under the 15-minute time.

Step 4. If boiled for 10 minutes, leave in hot water for 5 more minutes before draining. Ok...this usually becomes longer due to getting side-tracked. If it had boiled for too long, remove from water immediately.

Step 5. Let cool until you remember to put them in the fridge.

There you have it! That's a rough idea of the "how" behind hardboiled eggs in my neurospicy and brain. Enjoy!

PS. Hardboiled eggs make a GREAT snack. :)

Now that's what I call a TED Talk! Did you know that Ted has been with us since the early days, before we even had our current facility. In that time, he has made so much progress and worked through a number of issues and has always come out on top.

Ted is the embodiment of a positive attitude and "roll with the punches" mentality. His work ethic has put him in a spot that will allow him to maintain his mobility long after his retirement days.

We've got a new piece of equipment! The Cybex Chest Supported Row/Rear Delt machine. Great piece of equipment to develop the posterior shoulders and lats. Especially those who have a hard time feeling those muscles engage with dumbbells or other implements.

-Weight plates are 20 lbs each, going up to 400 lbs!
-Different grips highlight different "prime-mover" muscles. High grip for rear delts and low grip for lats
-Great for hypertrophy work

Trade out the bread. Do roll-ups with meat, cheese, and lettuce (or other veggies?). Add a little sauce - these have a serving spicy mayo.

Filled out the rest of the plate with fruit, extra protein, and a bit of fun (chips).
