🥫 Help Us Support Second Harvest’s “Share Your Holidays” Food Drive!

All First Choice Dental locations are collecting non-perishable food items through early December to support Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin. You can drop off donations during your next visit—or stop by anytime this month to help neighbors in need.

Hunger affects 1 in 9 people in our region, including 1 in 7 children. Second Harvest works across 16 local counties, providing over 26 million pounds of food every year to families throughout southern Wisconsin.

As a periodontist, Dr. Baima has spent the past decade and a half helping patients restore their health, confidence, and smiles — all while sharing his expertise, humor, and unmatched work ethic. What makes his dedication even more remarkable is that he commutes from his home in Chicago to Madison each week, spending two full days treating patients and mentoring colleagues. His commitment to his patients and team is truly extraordinary.

Isaac is the calm and steady heart of our Oral Surgery team. As an oral surgery assistant, he combines patience, kindness, and professionalism with an attention to detail that puts both patients and teammates at ease.

His personable skills and ability to work well with patients and coworkers alike are nothing that can be taught. He is truly a gem and the oral surgery team is beyond lucky to have him.”
