🚨 URGENT MOBILE UNIT UPDATE 🚨

Due to required maintenance, the PAS Mobile Unit serving Baraboo and Portage will be CLOSED from January 5 through January 15.

We are hopeful the maintenance will be completed sooner and that we may be able to reopen before January 15. We will keep everyone posted with updates as they become available.

Patients who normally go to Portage or Baraboo will need to come to our Madison clinic for services on 9/26.

If you need help arranging transportation, please contact MTM as soon as possible to schedule a ride to Madison.

Schedule: Mon-Fri (6 AM - 2 PM) + occasional Saturday (6 AM - 9 AM, twice/year)
