We lay it all out for you - your endurance workouts, strength workouts, warmups, mental strategies and even have a team nutritionist to work with.

We don't leave you hanging - we provide weekly feedback to your workouts via the app and we'll meet monthly to go over what's going well, what we need to change, etc.

๐Ÿ”๏ธ 1. I hate exercising but I LOVE training. Failing to plan is planning to fail, especially since we are creatures of habit. We need a planned variety of movement patterns, lifts & endurance sessions.

๐Ÿ”๏ธ 2. Food is fuel and thereโ€™s not a lot of research behind working out fasted. Also, working out fasted to become fat adapted is a myth.

๐Ÿ”๏ธ 3. The marathon is my favorite distance and life is too short to train so hard to run a race where thereโ€™s not a huge fan base and a lot of hype. I also would get too bored knowing where I am in the race ๐Ÿ˜‚

๐Ÿ”๏ธ 4. Peoples opinions are usually a reflection of their insecurities and their limited understanding. I have a strong dislike for the lack of discipline, consistency & commitment in our culture. Sorry not sorry.

๐Ÿ”๏ธ 5. Theres not a ton of research that shows you should and it should it be the first thing you try because an influencer posted about it. Everyone should follow a PERIODIZED program, calculate their macro needs, understand their bloodwork, and take it easy when their coach says to or their body is signaling to. If females did this, there really wouldnโ€™t be a need to try this.
