Adventure In Medicine provided training to over twenty local undergraduate students from Southern Arkansas University and Texas A&M Texarkana followed by mock scenario applications on the grounds of Logoly State Park. Logoly State Park has been generous to allow us to hold our event in their visitor center. Columbia County Ambulance Services provides the training which was outstanding. Students leave with new knowledge and motivation to continue to pursue health careers.

UAMS Health Family Medical Center will be closed Thursday 10/30 and Friday 10/31 as we prepare for the transition to Mainline Health who will begin managing day-to-day clinic operations starting November 1, 2025.
