Join us! We are thrilled to work with for another offering of our yoga and wellness retreat in the Poconos! We call it “Stretch and Play” and we incorporate gentle, mindful yoga with stimulating and fun art therapy, wellness sessions and laughter.
Dates: 9/26-28. Perfect to catch the first of the fall foliage at this beautiful campus. 🍁✌🏼
