This group was created by me, Julia, a certified HypnoBirthing Educator which means that I get to officially guide you in having a natural, calm and peaceful birth of your baby. I am officially certified by the HypnoBirthing Institute. This International Program is recognized as the Gold Standard of Premium Evidence Based Childbirth Education. Unfortunately, there are many people out there teaching women how to have a natural birth, but are not officially educated. They think experience makes them qualified to give advice. Do not feel embarrassed or shy to ask your birthing educator for proof of their status.
