Here are 6–7 ways to practice self-care while you’re recharging this week:
1. Get outside
Take a walk, enjoy the crisp fall air, or sit in the sunshine for a few minutes.
2. Unplug from screens
Give yourself a break from constant notifications and scrolling.
3. Rest intentionally
Sleep in, take a nap, or simply slow your pace.
4. Do something creative
Draw, bake, craft, journal—whatever helps you reset.
5. Connect with someone you care about
A quick call or meet-up can lift your mood.
6. Move your body
Stretch, take a yoga class, or go for a light workout.
7. Treat yourself kindly
Speak to yourself with compassion. Your mental health matters.
