We are a functional fitness focused studio in Malakoff, Tx serving the Cedar Creek Lake and surrounding areas from our 110 E. location since 2024. The studio specializes in group exercise classes, private fitness parties, wellness retreats, and special events. Classes are small and intimate for a personalized experience and designed for all fitness levels. We use mats, balls, yoga blocks, straps, and hand weights to get the body moving and working up a sweat. We are a pay-per-class studio - where we have tossed the monthly contracts giving you the flexibility you need to fit fitness into your busy lake life schedules.
