Congratulations to our September Employee of the Month—Ashlynn Stewart, RN!
Ashlynn is an amazing, detail-oriented nurse with great nursing skills. She transitioned from LVN to RN last year and she is rockin’ it. She loves taking care of people.
Ashlynn has a precious 8 month old son so she doesn’t have much free time but when she does, she likes to shop.🛍️
We are so fortunate Ashlynn joined our team!

Congratulations to our August Employee of the Month—Mark Sulak PTA (physical therapy)!
Mark has worked with our patients at Cedar Lake for 27 years! He is highly recommended by the physicians in our area as well as his former patients because his outcomes are amazing! Mark enjoys helping people get back to their previous level of functioning so they can continue to enjoy their life.
Mark has been married to his wonderful wife, who is a retired educator, for 44 years. They love spending time with their 8 grandchildren—following their sports, hunting and fishing. Mark and his wife enjoy traveling and hiking.
We (and our patients) are so fortunate to have Mark on our team!

“OUR FAMILY TAKING CARE OF YOURS”

We are the people of Cedar Lake Home Health and Hospice. Our Home Health Agency has been caring for our friends and neighbors nearly thirty years, and our Hospice program has been doing the same for nearly twenty years. We love what we do, and we really like working together. This page will be a place where we post pictures and stories of the good things we see as we go about our job of caring. We will add community events and Lots and Lots of post about our “Gary Sobol Parkinsons Network Exercise Class” that is growing by leaps and bounds and helping so many of our neurological patients in the community. But we also expect that many, maybe most of our staff will also contribute often.
