A huge thank you to Dr. Xander Harris from Cambridge Health Alliance for joining us at The Bridge Recovery Center!

We were grateful for the opportunity to learn about and experience Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT)—a hands-on approach that uses gentle movement, stretching, and pressure to help reduce pain, relieve tension, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural ability to heal.

OMT offers a holistic way to care for the body, focusing on the connection between physical health and overall well-being. It was an engaging and empowering session that provided our community with practical tools to better understand and manage pain and stress.

Thank you, Dr. Harris, for sharing your time, knowledge, and care with our community. We look forward to having you back again soon!

TOMORROW!

Join us for the Sisterhood is Strength women’s recovery event at the Bridge Recovery Center on Sunday, April 26th from 4:00–7:00 PM! This special gathering is designed to celebrate and support women in recovery in a safe, nurturing environment.

We will host an all-recovery meeting from 4:30 to 5:30 PM featuring strong women speakers in a discussion format. Enjoy refreshments and snacks, participate in a bake-off with a prize for the best dessert, and experience holistic practices such as guided meditation. There will also be games, music, and fellowship throughout the event.

To ensure the privacy and anonymity of all guests, no pictures or videos will be taken during this event.

We are excited to collaborate with our sponsors and neighbors such as New Chapter Sober Living, Ruth's Way For Women, Rise Above, and others to make this event unforgettable. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect, heal, and celebrate the strength of women in our community!

We had an amazing morning at Fenway Park! ☀️⚾

Our community came together for a beautiful day climbing for a cause—taking a pause, reflecting, and supporting something bigger than ourselves. Together, we climbed 2,122 steps 💪

A huge thank you to Project Place for inviting The Bridge Recovery Center as a community partner and for the incredible work they do every day to combat homelessness and break down barriers to reentry.

We’re especially grateful to all of our members who showed up and made this such a fun, meaningful, and memorable experience. This is what community looks like 💙
