Today is all about deep core control.
This Sliding Core workout uses sliders and light load to challenge your balance, strength, and stability from every angle.
The magic of sliders?

They slow everything down… which means your core has to work harder to control the movement.

You’ll move through a simple, powerful circuit — 30 seconds per move, repeated 3 times — combining glutes, rotation, and deep core engagement.

The Circuit
• Reverse Lunge Slide-Ins (Right, then Left)
• Plank to Pike (Feet on 1 Slider)
• Russian Twist
• Sliding Twisted Climbers

This combo hits the core from multiple directions while keeping the lower body active and the heart rate elevated.

Expect shake.
Expect focus.
Expect that “my core is on fire but I feel strong” feeling.

Meet the Twisted Slider Climber — a mountain climber upgrade that turns your core into the command center while your shoulders, hips, and legs all get in on the action.
Adding sliders instantly slows things down (in a good way), forcing your core to work harder to stabilize and control every inch of the movement.
Then we add the twist … hello deep core 🔥

How to Do It:
1️⃣ Start in a strong high plank with sliders under both feet.
2️⃣ Brace your core and keep shoulders stacked over wrists.
3️⃣ Slowly draw one knee toward the opposite elbow, twisting through the torso.
4️⃣ Slide the leg back with control.
5️⃣ Alternate sides, staying smooth and steady.

Why It Works:
This move trains anti-rotation, rotation, and stability all at once — which means stronger abs, better posture, and more powerful movement overall.

Pro Tip:
Go slower than you think you should. Sliders reward control, not speed. If the hips start to sway, pause, reset, and keep the core leading the movement.

❤️ Fuel Friday … Valentine Edition … Because February deserves a little something sweet for you and for your loved ones💕

These Raspberry Almond Thumbprint Cookies are light, cozy, and naturally festive — thanks to those pink raspberry centers that just feel like Valentine’s Day.

Soft almond cookie + bright raspberry filling = simple, sweet, and very February ❤️

Raspberry Almond Thumbprint Cookies

Ingredients
1 ½ cups almond flour
¼ cup maple syrup or honey
¼ cup melted coconut oil or softened butter
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
⅓ cup raspberry jam

Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix almond flour, salt, and baking powder.
3️⃣ Add maple syrup, coconut oil (or butter), and vanilla. Stir until a soft dough forms.
4️⃣ Roll dough into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
5️⃣ Press a thumbprint into each cookie .. or gently shape into a heart if you’re feeling festive 💕
6️⃣ Spoon raspberry jam into the center of each cookie.
7️⃣ Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
8️⃣ Let cool and enjoy.

Just intentional work with enough rest to keep every rep strong.
You’ll move through 5 focused exercises, working 40 seconds on / 20 seconds off, and repeat the full circuit 3 times.

Some moves look like core work… and then surprise you by lighting up your shoulders, arms, and upper body too 👀🔥
Today’s Technique Tuesday spotlight is the Sit Up & Slice — a powerful combo that turns a classic core move into a full-body strength moment.
This isn’t just about getting up off the floor. It’s about control, rotation, and upper-body engagement working together.
Your abs stabilize. Your shoulders fire. And suddenly your core work feels next-level.

How to Do It:
1️⃣ Sit tall with knees bent, holding a dumbbell or weight horizontally in both hands.
2️⃣ Lower back with control, keeping the weight steady over your chest.
3️⃣ Sit up strong and tall.
4️⃣ At the top, “slice” the weight down to one side using your core and shoulders.
5️⃣ Power it back to center, then slice to the other side.
6️⃣ Reset and repeat.

Why It Works:
That slicing motion forces the core to stabilize while the shoulders work dynamically — which is EXACTLY how the body wants to move in real life.

Pro Tip:
Don’t rush the sit-up. The slower and more controlled the rise, the more your core and shoulders have to work together. Think strong, smooth, and intentional.

A little sweet. A little refreshing. And perfect for February 💕

These Chocolate Yogurt Berry Clusters are one of those easy treats that feel festive without being fussy … great to keep in the freezer when you want something fun and satisfying.

Creamy yogurt, juicy berries, and a light chocolate shell… yes please 😍

Chocolate Yogurt Berry Clusters

Ingredients
1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
1 cup berries (strawberries, raspberries, or mixed berries)
1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
1️⃣ Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix yogurt and berries gently.
3️⃣ Scoop small clusters onto the baking sheet.
4️⃣ Freeze for 1–2 hours, until firm.
5️⃣ Melt dark chocolate and drizzle over the frozen clusters.
6️⃣ Return to the freezer for 10–15 minutes, until chocolate sets.
7️⃣ Store in the freezer and enjoy straight from cold.

Today’s CHC: Cardio HIIT Core session blends cardio, power, and core into one fast-moving, feel-good workout that keeps your whole body switched on from start to finish.
The structure is simple — and that’s what makes it so effective. You’ll move through two focused blocks, each following this format: 30 sec Cardio · 30 sec HIIT · 30 sec Core
Short bursts. Clear intention. No wasted time.
Block 1
• Cardio: Heel Skips
• HIIT: Squat Jacks
• Core: Hip Dips
Block 2
• Cardio: Lateral Shuffle Twist
• HIIT: Power Lunge Jumps (1:2 each side)
• Core: Plank Shoulder Taps
