They slow everything down… which means your core has to work harder to control the movement.
You’ll move through a simple, powerful circuit — 30 seconds per move, repeated 3 times — combining glutes, rotation, and deep core engagement.
The Circuit
• Reverse Lunge Slide-Ins (Right, then Left)
• Plank to Pike (Feet on 1 Slider)
• Russian Twist
• Sliding Twisted Climbers
This combo hits the core from multiple directions while keeping the lower body active and the heart rate elevated.
Expect shake.
