In late 2019 Beth completed an additional 300 hours of Yoga teacher training in Cali, Colombia. She became certified as an Integral yoga and meditation instructor. The program she attended at IKY Ashram was based on biomechanics and proprioception, taking her self awareness to a higher level.
In February of 2020 Beth completed Level Two of the Angel Ascension course with Joanne Kelleher, learning advanced energy healing techniques and strengthening the relationship with the Archangels she works with during healing sessions.
Beth works primarily as an LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist) as well as a Yoga Instructor, and believes in Vis medicatrix naturae a greek term attributed to Hippocrates translating to “The healing power of nature.” She believes the human body’s natural ability to heal can be much stronger than any dis-ease.
She also believes that by calming the mind, working with the breath and communicating with the body, her clients are capable of releasing tension and trapped energy on conscious and subconscious levels.. She uses a Wholistic approach.
Each massage and bodywork session is customized to the clients’ needs which are defined during a lengthy consultation. Her mission is to create a safe and comfortable space for healing.
In addition to her studies she also facilitates meditation groups as a Crystal Bowl sound healing practitioner. After attending a countless number of crystal bowl meditations, Beth experienced the profound power of vibrational sound healing which extremely impacted her life and led her to invest in a set of her own. She also coordinates Reiki shares and different types of workshops at many of the local yoga studios in her area, and beyond!
