Happy International Women's Day 💛

There is lots to celebrate this month, from Women’s History Month, International Women's day (3/08), to World Behavior Analysis Day (3/20), and most importantly our very own Tech Appreciation and BCBA/BCaBA appreciation day.

What are some key actions you can take to honor women this month?

Support female-owned businesses and nonprofits.
Read books and poetry written by women.
Attend local events hosted by women.
Learn and teach others about women’s history, literature, and art.
Mentor other women.
Amplify diverse female voices on social media by sharing their posts.

Let’s use this space to share recommendations for local female-owned businesses, nonprofits, events, books, and art. You are also welcome to share inspiring stories about historical figures or women in your own lives who have influenced you in a positive way.

One of the most meaningful moments we see in our center is when children begin to engage with one another through play. Peer play is more than just fun — it’s an important opportunity for children to practice essential social and communication skills in a natural and supportive environment.

Through structured and guided peer interactions, our clients learn to:

• Build friendships
• Practice communication skills
• Develop problem-solving abilities

Our clinical team carefully supports these moments to help each child feel confident and successful while connecting with others.
