The right to an abortion is not for the Supreme Court to strip away. It is fundamental - to our health, to our equality, to our futures.

Make no mistake. The Supreme Court put our lives and the lives of our patients in danger today. We cannot let this stand. Too many citizens who came before us fought too hard for our country to recognize and protect our rights. We owe it to them and ourselves and to all those who come after us to keep fighting.

Meet FDIP-UConn and co-presidents Colline + Todd!

They founded their chapter because they know that patient voices matter in AND out of the exam room—and that their oath does, too. They know that providers have a professional and personal obligation to ensure their patients receive the highest quality of care possible, regardless of the identities they hold, and that it requires advocacy to make that happen.

Only four months old, the UConn chapter has already proven to be an absolute powerhouse, convening their classmates to discuss the role of physician advocates, connecting with their state legislators, and building for high attendance at national events.
