Happy Easter from all of us at Maple Leaf! 🐣💐🥚

Our Easter celebration was filled with smiles, laughter, and wonderful memories. Residents enjoyed a special gathering with Tommy Smith, time with friends and family, a delicious Easter lunch from our kitchen, festive desserts, and our annual Easter egg hunt!

Each resident also received a beautifully colored hard-boiled egg made by our amazing kitchen team, along with a sweet Easter candy bag. And of course, a highlight of the day was a special visit from Buns, our favorite bunny! 🐰

A big thank you to Leah, our Falls Prevention Nurse Manager, for sharing him with our community. 💛

Our residents truly did a beautiful job during Garden Therapy! 🌸🌼🌹🌷🌻🪻

Everyone took the time to hand-pick and trim their own flowers, creating unique arrangements to display in their rooms. Some even made special bouquets to share with family and friends 💐

Fresh flowers have such a wonderful way of bringing joy, and this activity was no exception. We’re all looking forward to spring and seeing flowers in full bloom! 💕

Spring is officially here, and we kicked it off at Maple Leaf with a Frozen Yogurt Social! 😋🍨🌸

We had an amazing turnout—residents, staff, and families all stopped by to join the fun. With toppings like chocolate chips, marshmallows, whipped cream, sprinkles, and caramel & chocolate syrup, everyone got to create their perfect treat.

🍀💚 St. Patrick’s Day FUN at Maple Leaf! 🍀💚

Staff and residents got into the spirit, dressed in green and their best Irish outfits. We enjoyed a delicious corned beef, cabbage, and potato dinner, followed by a festive Irish social filled with dancing to our favorite tunes and sweet shamrock cookies.

Our kitchen spoiled the staff with delicious mini pizzas….thank you for the thoughtful treat!

Residents got in on the fun too, making their own pizzas from scratch. From rolling out the dough to piling on their favorite toppings, there were lots of laughs and great moments along the way.

Nothing better than enjoying a handmade pizza loaded with all the favorites! ♥️🍕

Oreo Day was a hit! Staff and residents enjoyed a fun assortment of Oreo cookies to celebrate, along with fresh-brewed coffee from the kitchen. It was a sweet little treat that brought lots of smiles to everyone’s day. 💙🍪☕️

Thank you to everyone who donated or purchased Valentine Candy Grams last month! 💕 Because of your generosity, the sale was a huge success and we’re so grateful that every one of our residents received a sweet gram. ❤️

Thanks to the proceeds, we treated everyone to delicious chicken fingers and French fries from Puritan Backroom Restaurant during our rodeo celebration. 🍗🍟

We took a trip to the Wild, Wild West with entertainer Tommy Smith, and it was nothing but boot-stomping fun all around! 🤠🎶

Our “Expression” theme encouraged everyone to paint whatever inspired them and the results were amazing!! Each canvas truly reflected the artist’s personality and creativity! 👏🖼️
