It’s already Feb 1st which is pretty hard to believe. This winter I feel I’ve just been trying to stay a float until the weather breaks and the sun comes back. Today the sun was shining and it felt quite nice. It reminded me it’s not just about getting to the next season, or the next thing. But enjoying all the days in between. Otherwise, our days are just passing by, with lots of time wasted waiting.

Today I challenge you to live everyday in the moment… yes yes to an extent you need to plan. But even in those days which seem there is nothing going on, be sure to find time to enjoy the day for being the day and not just getting through.

How cool is this?!

A customized halter/bridle hook. I saw these get advertised in a local horse facebook group and I am so happy with how it turned out! It looks just like Tivo. I will definitely be getting one for each of my horses in the future.

Even your Massage Therapist needs to get worked on from time to time.

Truthfully I get worked on at least once a month if not, two or three times a month. There is absolutely no way I could do the work or the number I do if I wasn’t taking care of my body myself. I found if I go more than a month without a massage my body hurts. It’s aching.I usually end up getting headaches. With what I do you’re just like my arms are up, My arms are forward, I’m so forward, everything is pulled forward, but so much stress on my upper back my shoulders, my chest.

Im lucky to have a lot of massage friends I trust to work on me. All of us have different styles and techniques. So it’s nice to get ideas of new styles and learn from other massage therapist on things I can incorporate into my own session. There’s a lot of benefits for me getting worked on and when I get worked on, I can do a better job and help all of you stay feeling good too.

If you haven’t booked your massage for this month, definitely get on the schedule now! February is gonna fill fast, so don’t wait to schedule.

I’m in clinics on Mondays and Tuesdays. Otherwise I’m in-home so don’t wait to book and don’t forget to get your horse booked as well.
