✨ Meet Lexi — and we could not be more excited to introduce her to the Revitalized community.

Alexia Devinney, DPT (Lexi to her patients!) joins us with specialized training in pelvic floor physical therapy and a deep passion for women’s health at every stage — from prenatal care and labor prep, to comprehensive postpartum rehab that helps mamas safely return to the activities they love.

But that’s not all. Lexi also has a unique specialty working with overhead throwing athletes — especially softball players — blending her clinical expertise with her love of the game to help athletes perform better and stay injury-free.

Her approach? Education first. She empowers her patients to truly understand their bodies, and she brings tools like dry needling and cupping to support recovery and optimize performance.

If you’re dealing with pelvic pain, SI joint dysfunction, groin pain, or a throwing injury — Lexi is your person. 🙌

Took this team photo over a month ago… and somehow never posted it.

Which honestly feels pretty on brand lately.

We haven’t been the most “present” on social media…
but behind the scenes? We’ve been building. A lot.

Going into this week, every single provider on our team is 100% booked out.

Not by accident — but by intention.

We’ve spent months:
• Dialing in our clinical skills to be the absolute best providers for you
• Investing in in-house training and continuing education
• Strengthening real relationships within our community

And that community?

You guys continue to show up for us in a big way — sending your friends, family, gym members, and people you care about. That trust means everything to us… and we don’t take it lightly.

As we head into this next phase — bringing on our 5th physical therapist — we’re also actively working toward expanding into a bigger space to continue elevating your experience.

This has been a season of growth.

👟 Still running in last year’s shoes?

Most runners have heard the “replace every 300–500 miles” rule…

👉 But that’s just a guideline — not the full story.

Your shoes don’t suddenly “go bad” overnight.

They slowly lose their ability to support you — and your body adapts without you realizing it.

Here’s what we actually look for:

✔️ Midsole foam that looks compressed or wrinkled
✔️ Uneven wear patterns on the outsole
✔️ That “dead” feeling — less bounce, less responsiveness
✔️ New aches, pains, or subtle changes in your stride

The tricky part?
You won’t notice it happening in real time.

It’s like your hair growing —
you don’t see it day-to-day… until one day, it’s obvious.

And by then, your body has already been compensating.
