Our team of doulas are MORE than the skills and certifications they hold. 👉🏼 This is a team of growing, kind, open-minded and loyal people, whose dedication to each other and this community ignites the ultimate ripple effect.

I'm grateful to know this team (30+ people currently) and witness how they show up as people.
.. They carpool to team events, team up at conferences and are eager to step in as backup 👥 when needed.
..They cheer each other on, showing up for things like fundraiser or meal drop-offs after moments of birth and death. 🥧
.. They listen and brainstorm 🧠 when something exciting is in the works or when life on call or knee-deep in postpartum care gets heavy.
.. They are responsive and quick to jump in when me or fantastic admin reach out. (And wow, does Sonny shine bright 🌞)
.. They share resources, are guest speakers at our team lunch & learns, and are constantly open to learning something new.

As World Doula Week 2026 is behind us, I want to express deep gratitude for not just what they do, but for who they *are* 💚

Birth has a way of shaping us long before we realize it. My first birth unfolded in ways I couldn't predict, and yet, it was filled with power and a sacred story that is deeply my own.

Labor positions, massage tools, comfort strategies, medication options & more are covered in our birth classes ✨ We want to help you feel like you have all the info in front of you, so when this important day comes you'll feel more confident and prepared 💚

🗓️ Not sure when to take classes?? --> We recommend that birth, lactation & newborn care classes are best taken between 26-36 weeks!

We believe in being a community anchor. We not only have the families we serve in mind, but also our local birth worker population 💚 This month we hosted a doula gathering to foster deeper connections and trade resources + support. New and seasoned doulas exchanged perspective, questions, insight and definitely some laughter. Thank you for trusting us to be a safe container and companion.

Meet Allison

Hi, I'm Allison. I am a doula, Birth Story Listener and Certified Lactation Educator. I am very passionate about women's health, the birth journey and supporting families.

I have always felt empowered by the women around me, and passing on that strength and support to other women is very special to me. Mothers and babies have been a passion of mine since I was young. The very first birth I witnessed was at a maternity clinic in Palampur, India a few years ago. This beautiful moment set my heart on fire and confirmed my passion for mothers and their babies. I have been blessed with my experience with infants and mothers, as I work as an LNA in the Special Care Nursery (Level II NICU). My doula training began in August of 2017, and I continue to attain different skills and experiences.

Providing warmth and unconditional love for mothers, their partners and the family as a whole is an honor. Being part of such a vulnerable, intimate experience is extraordinary and something I truly cherish. I am observant, compassionate, resourceful and attentive. I live in Goffstown, New Hampshire with my family. When I'm not at a birth or meeting with clients, you can find me spending time with my family, friends and houseplants.
