-Worker & Security Policy
We have "lead" workers there are 6-10 lead workers in the woods at ALL times. If you have been through our woods you may have noticed you see many of the same people throughout the whole woods. Whether they have done costume changes, mask changes or just watch from a distance out of the way. We are all around watching and monitoring EVERYTHING (workers, equipment, and our groups of guests). If something was to happen out of line or pose a danger to our guests and fellow workers it's addressed immediately. Depending on the severity of the situation our Guests may or may not see anything happen because unless it calls for us to evacuate the woods we keep them moving to ensure they get what they come and pay for. Lead workers all have contact with each other if needed and to be qualified to be a lead worker you must have been there long enough to know the trails in the dark without a light, know what happens in every scene down to a t, and know where all the workers are supposed to be while guests are in the woods. Whether or not there is a Lead worker actively working the scene or just standing by there is a radio in every scene. There also is a "guide" that walks through with the group. Now our other workers. They are mostly kids age range 16 and up. They have protocol and rules as well. They are assigned where to go and what to do before and after scenes If they are caught doing anything out of line they are sent to a designated location to meet with the head owner. He decides what happens next depending on the situation. Let it be known that we have ZERO tolerance with violence. We have lost many workers due to their behavior. If anyone should have any questions concerning the "policy" or rules. Feel free to PRIVATELY message me. No cell phone out while guests are in woods.
2. No weapons of any kind (props are excluded)
