Absorbing others’ emotions can show up as sudden mood shifts, fatigue, anxiety, pressure in the chest, headaches, or even physical discomfort. This isn’t weakness—it’s awareness without protection.
How to stop absorbing what isn’t yours:
✨ Set energetic boundaries – Intentionally state: “I release anything that does not belong to me.”
✨ Ground your body – Deep breathing, placing feet on the earth, or visualizing roots anchoring you down helps stabilize your energy.
✨ Strengthen your field – Visualize a gentle but firm light surrounding your body, allowing love in but filtering out emotional debris.
✨ Clear stored emotions – Modalities like Emotion Code, Body Code, EFT tapping, Reiki, spund frequencies, and intention help release what the body has held onto.
✨ Check in with yourself – Ask: “Is this mine?” Awareness alone often releases it.
You are not meant to carry the weight of others. Compassion does not require self-sacrifice. When you protect your energy, you can show up with clarity, balance, and true love—without depletion. 💛
Zipping up your energy also helps. From root chakra up the central meridian line to bottom lip turn imaginary key. Then from the tailbone up over the top of your head to your top lip, turn the key to tossed them both because your central and governing Meridian hook up in the top of your mouth.
