An early spring with an early Spring real estate market! Home listing prices appear to be trending down from original asking making our buyers feel more confident in taking action.

Here’s a glimpse of another open house preview from yesterday with our buyers at 3 Tudor Lane, Sands Point! A big thank you to listing Agent Heidi Karagianis for the outstanding, informative tour to Kerri and I and our client.

Spring was in the air and so was open house previewing today for our buyers! 4 Woodland Place in Port Washington is so sophisticated, chic and modern while situated on a private road leading to a courtyard & wrap around porch overlooking 1/3 acre of natural landscaping. It’s a must see! A big thank you to Daniel Gale’s Maryann Ressa for giving us an outstanding tour; we’ll certainly be back soon. It’s a unique home that won’t sit on the market for long!!

Mesita is Striano’s new favorite Mexican restaurant located in Port Washington. Park in same back parking lot as Orange Theory.

Mesita was buzzing with energy last night. The bar & decor has a retro vibe with Moroccan style bar pendant lights, graffiti art & every delicious margarita that the bartenders can mix for you! Our personal favorites: the blood orange jalapeño infused margarita; the medium spicy guacamole and the shrimp ceviche with fresh lime and cilantro. Delicious! Ask for Paul; his hospitality & taste for tequila is contagious.
