Transitioning from 2025 to 2026
The wheel keeps turning
As we go deeper
Into ourselves

We are doing deep work.
This is not the time to rush.
Or to stress. Or to pressure yourself to get things done.
We are amidst this phase.
We are in a very important time.

In Human Design, the beginning of the year
Is January 21,
When the Sun enters Gate 41- and to the energy for a new beginning.

We are still preparing, rooting, closing our 2025 journey,
and preparing to welcome the year ahead.
And it's a big one.
So no need to rush.

All you need is
to love yourself alittle more, ✨
and a little more. ✨

I’m heading into a silent Zen retreat.
Totally last-minute… but clarity has its own timing.

When I was asked why I’m going, the only thing that came out was:
“I want to be home inside myself without the external noise.”
It feels so safe and peaceful.

Later, I checked the energy weather forecast for the week -
curious about what energy would be holding this experience.
The alignment was so perfect it felt like a cosmic joke…

Life aligns perfectly when we let it.
We just need to let it.

This is a significant week in Buddhism, and those yearly Japanese Zen retreats commemorate Buddha’s enlightenment. And it happens right as the Sun moves through Gate 5 - Waiting.

Even more wild?
On December 8, the day associated with his awakening,
Gate 5 sits in Line 5: Joy - waiting as an aspect of enlightenment.

We live in a perfect matrix.
And I don’t believe in coincidences.

Such crazy, exciting, mutative times we live in. ✨

3 days ago, we entered the last quarter of the year - The Quarter of Mutation -
the time of the year to gather everything we have been experiencing so far
and watch as transformation takes place.

Our yearly mutation phase is during the winter. Isn’t that interesting?
When life is slowing down, and we enter into hibernation,
when it seems like nothing is really happening on the surface,
this is when our undercurrent self is transforming.

The yearly cycle just entered its last phase, and a new one will begin,
on the ground that we are preparing right now.

Our evolution is a spiral. Not a circle.

3 days ago, the Nodes of the moon have shifted too -
The stage for the next three months is influenced by confusion and doubt.
This is about mental and intellectual pressure.

Don’t lose your-self in thoughts.
And when you do - remember to pause and breathe.
This is a good time to slow down, to pause, to see what this year has led you to.

This is an opportunity to face your challenges with fresh creativity,
to meet yourself where you are,
and to hold space for yourself to transform.

I always leave these workshops inspired. ✨

Inspired by everything — my participants from .well.collective , the environment, the energy in the room, the awareness of my own body and mind experiencing the moment. I learn so much.

There was the presentation, and yes, a lot of talking (mainly me 😉), but the moment we got up to experiment it in our bodies, the energy shifted instantly — playful, vibrant, alive.

What else can you expect from a group of Generators and Manifesting Generators?

I love this simple shift we can feel in our body - moving from thinking to being.

I love being human 🙏
