During the fall season, focusing on balancing the root chakra and the large intestine organ is ideal for spiritual and energetic alignment. The root chakra, located at the base of the spine, governs grounding, stability, and security, qualities that resonate with fall’s energy of transition and letting go. As the season shifts, the large intestine, supports the energetic process of shedding what no longer serves you, both physically and spiritually.
