Just putting out a reminder to those that know and those that dont; I will be having surgery Dec 1st and then be out for recovery the month of December. Books are open for the new year and Ill have some new knowledge and skill to bring to you in 2026.

*side note, Im fine, surgery is "elective". Sauna, coldplung and contrast will be open before January and Im hoping to be able to take massage clients before the first of the year, but thats dependent on my recovery rate. Feel free to reach out to my socials, email and text to check up on availability.

Supporting your local can mean different things. It can mean choosing your small town coffee shop over the big guys. It can mean going to Bearnstiens for a box of chocolates over a walgreens special.

Here at Elemental it also means that as a local buisness owner we support our local community in as many ways as possible. Like donating gift certificates that will be up for raffle to support Lighthouse Recovery Center at the Dose of Hope event on Nov 7th.

Earlier this year Elemental also donated to Peter Quince to support local youth in their performance of Amelie. ( I forgot to get a photo 🫣) and you could find coupons for massage showing up in employee application baskets at Fed Ex.

Im always looks for ways to show up for the community Im in, so if you have a buissness or organization that has raffle baskets that need filling or chair massages for an event that you are planning. Please dont hesitate to reach out. And in the meantime, support your local recovery center by bidding on some gift certificates on Nov 7th!

Just had a new client walk in with questions about what we offer. He's new to massage but has an active job and wanted to know if massage could help his on going back issue. Absolutely it can! He was please to know I could squeeze him in tomorrow and can accept his HSA!
