🎗️MARCH IS ENDOMETRIOSIS AWARENESS MONTH

To honor this month, I am offering a rare opportunity to book a 60-min Reiki session focused on pelvic health & womb healing. Since completing my training at the end of January, this gentle healing practice has been a wonderful addition to the work I do as a pelvic health PT.

If you’re a physical therapist and you’re not using your voice to speak on this, you might as well be pulling the ladder out from under yourself.

This decision doesn’t just impact students: it impacts the future of our profession. It shuts the door on people who don’t come from wealth, who don’t have parents paying tuition, who rely on federal loans to access the career they’re called to.

If we care about diversity, equity, and the future of PT, we have to speak up.

✨ A large part of my practice is setting realistic expectations. Postpartum recovery, pelvic floor rehab, and hypermobility management aren’t about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all exercises. Every body heals differently, and your symptoms have a story.
