Thrilled to announce- I am now certified in Neo-Ericksonian hypnosis ✅🌀😃

So grateful to have received another valuable certification, this time through MMHA. This has allowed me a TON of effective tools to add to my tool kit for my clients!

Mike Mandel was my main instructor and one of the world’s greatest hypnotists, who has had incredible success in stage hypnosis, and also working one on one providing hypnotherapy.

I now have the skill set to confidently provide rapid and instant inductions, regressions, pain management, addiction support, allergy relief, performance enhancement, insomnia relief, weight management, and much more all through an intuitive blend of the most effective hypnosis styles.

And not only that, but I learned the ins and outs of stage hypnosis if I ever find myself with the desire to perform….not today, but a great skill to have!

To be witness to transformational change—sometimes happening right before your eyes—is nothing short of magic.

While not every shift happens instantly, when it does, I feel deeply honored to hold space for it.

I’ve always believed in miraculous happenings, and seeing them unfold in everyday life is a beautiful reminder of something far greater than us.

A reminder that leaves me humbled, grateful, and in awe of its majesty. ☀️

I received these flowers as a gift the other day

To me, a perfect sign 🌺

Tiger lilies are a symbol of confidence and strength 🐅

Spiritually they represent rebirth and renewal

A perfect omen for my new beginning, the new chapter right at the summer solstice

A perfect reminder to have faith

To have courage to flow with change no matter how rocky the waters 🌊

And when I look and listen, there is always guidance to be found

Let’s talk public speaking- the top phobia in America! 🎤

It is almost certain that either you or a friend suffers from a debilitating fear of speaking in front of a crowd. Whether it’s giving work presentations, a speech at a wedding or funeral, performing on a stage, or just speaking to a group of friends, there are many circumstances where acknowledging a deeper fear is incredibly useful.

The fear is most often of being judged.
What will they think? What will they say?

Sound familiar?

It is a natural fear, a primal one, but it doesn’t have to take over to the point where we can’t get out the words, or even show up to be heard in the first place.

Imagine getting to a place where you can courageously show up in front of an audience of hundreds or thousands of people and calmly deliver your speech, sing or dance, perform and maintain your authenticity. ☀️

To lead from the heart, not to worry about what others may think or what you’re going to say. 💪

To feel the healthy pride of accomplishment after you’re finished. 🏆

Don’t hold yourself back just because the fear is here today. With a little work, you never know where the fear may go tomorrow.💨

Let me break down the deeper meaning…

The ripple- representing the change that ripples from the inside, out

The water- water represents emotions and the fluidity of expression when we harness this power

The reflection- representing our outer reality as a direct reflection of our inner landscape

And of course, the U- representing the U in both Unconscious and Unveiled
