These giant cookie cakes are made with two layers of soft, chewy chocolate chip cookie, stacked with 4 pounds of rich buttercream icing in the middle and on top. Each cake measures 9 x 13 x 4 inches and serves approximately 24–30 people, making it perfect for graduation parties.
