Today is the Winter Solstice...the shortest day and longest night of the year.

From here on out, the light slowly returns. Each day gains a little more daylight, a reminder that even in the quietest season, change is already happening.

For centuries, the solstice has marked a time of rest, reflection, and renewal. Nature is still on the surface, but beneath it, energy is gathering.

Sound baths invite that same rhythm. Slowing down, turning inward, and allowing deep rest so the body and mind can reset.

As the days grow longer, may you give yourself permission to rest now and move forward with intention.

Tonight’s Cold Moon sound bath was exactly what this year needed. Under the biggest, brightest full moon of 2025, we focused on letting go of the heaviness we’ve been carrying, clearing space for gentler minds, softer hearts, and a fresh start in the new year.

Everyone settled in with cozy blankets and deep breaths. We moved through a grounding body scan, and allowed the bowls and instruments to do their work. Releasing, restoring, and resetting. The energy in the space was calm, connected, and powerful.

Thank you to everyone who joined me tonight and braved the cold. I’m grateful for each of you and the intention you brought into the space. Here’s to stepping into the new year with a clearer mind.
