An amazing day of Igniting Your Life! Thank you to the YMCA of the North, especially the YPN Chapter 42 committee - you rock!

Spring Experience: Ignite Your Vision was fantastic. A day of strength and confidence-building, from My Life Ignited, topped with vision boarding from Marci Hawkinson. What a way to invest in and celebrate your teams.

My Safety & Self-Defense seminar helps build confidence in your own abilities, teaches life-saving skills, and provides the much-needed safety and stability platform many are seeking. Thank you to all the YPN warriors for bringing it, learnings something new, and investing in yourself.

One of my goals in 2022 was to read 12 books. I have more than doubled that number. Here are my recommendations.
