Our thoughts can impact our reality - attracting to us the people, places, opportunities and things align with our highest good.

Join us on Saturday, Feb. 5th, for a one-of-a-kind workshop at Mana Energy Collective, in Maplewood, NJ.

In this workshop, we will use gentle movements to clear our energy pathways, followed by a special guided meditation to connect with our inner wisdom guides. We will then have writing period where each participant dives into a series of questions that will help identify or clarify your personal goals, aspirations, dreams, and vision for your future. The final part of the workshop will include creating the vision board, a visual tool to manifest our truest desires.

Limited to 12 participants. Covid protocols will be followed.

All I want is…

Little things in our life can often overwhelm us and feel like big things. Suddenly everything feels too big, too scary, too much. So you maybe freeze. It can paralyze you so you are just doing the bare minimum to get by and numbing out the rest of the time or you choose to ignore it, after all, ignorance is bliss. I totally get it. The problem is, it’s not sustainable in the long run.

So what can you do? Do you have to quit your job or make another drastic life change? Not necessarily.

Little things make big things happen.

So what does that mean? Your good deed may feel insignificant or just a drop in the bucket of never-ending suffering but the truth is it all counts. No effort is ever wasted.

We know from coaching that small consistent steps lead to big changes. We can use that information when we are feeling helpless or hopeless. We can take the first baby step and then keep on stepping, one little bit at a time.

Do you ever feel like the world is just a little too much? When reading the news is heartbreaking + fearing for the lives of Afghani women halfway across the world + fearing for the lives of those right in our own communities affected by COVID + everything that we are already dealing with in our lives = system overload.

We just keep taking it all in, day after day after day, it just piles on and then one day... it’s just all too much. Suddenly everything feels insurmountable. So maybe you freeze, numb out or just ignore it, after all, ignorance is bliss, right? I totally get it. The problem is, that's not sustainable in the long run.
