9 Months In ——> 9 Months Out
And STILL trying to figure out how my health & wellness goals fit into this new life as a mom 🥴
I’ve been helping women improve their health & how they feel in their body for over 6 years.l now.
We’ve worked together to create & solidify habits & routines to help them prioritize themselves all while juggling careers, relationships and, for most of them, caring for children.
I can full admit now…. I never truly understood. 😵💫
I’ve always approach my client relationships with empathy and compassion but, as someone who was single and childless, I couldn’t truly understand that challenge of trying to put yourself first when all you want to do is put your children there.
I’ve fallen off my 4-5 day a week workout schedule, sometimes only squeezing in 1 if I’m lucky.
I’ve fallen off my solid meal prepping routine often leaving me scrounging through the fridge for protein at 8pm after Brooks is asleep. (Thank goodness my bf likes cooking 😅)
My sleep is inconsistent. My daily walks have become 3-4 days a week. My journaling/meditation/nervous system time is non-existent.
BUT…
It’s never too late to start (or get back to) putting YOUR health at the top of the list.
Because let’s face it…
You want to give the world for the people you care for. 🌎
But it’s incredibly difficult to carry the world when your physical and/or mental health is lacking.
I’m here to share my journey, the ups and downs, as I figure it all out in this new life as momma, partner, practitioner, friend, athlete and every other side of Sam 💕
And I’m here to support you in your journey to optimizing your health and feeling your best now and as we head towards those perimenopause years 😳
