Sweat and Smile with Carisa I am a licensed Zumba and Zumba Gold instructor and I hold a certification in group fitness.

I am also certified as a TRX qualified coach, and certified to teach Xtreme Hip Hop. My goal is to help you get a great workout while having tons of fun!
