This last gathering was truly something special. We had a professional videographer, Trey, come out to capture the essence of what we do — and he created this beautiful masterpiece.

Through somatic movement, gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, vibrational healing, and music, the Nervous System Reset becomes more than just an event — it’s a living, breathing experience.

Each moment is an invitation to slow down, feel deeply, and reconnect with your body and spirit. Seeing it reflected through Trey’s lens reminded me just how powerful and healing this work truly is.

Join us for a soul nourishing one day retreat of movement, breathwork, meditation, and ecstatic kirtan. Together we will awaken the heart, clear stagnant energy, and return to center through sacred sound and embodied practices.

I am very excited to collaborate on this gathering because of the devotion and blissful experiences I have had chanting with Gershone and Gina Minyard. They are among my favorite local kirtan artists in the Atlanta area, and it is such a joy and honor to share this space with them.
