With over a decade of experience, it's my joy to work with persons and organizations seeking hope, healing and transformation. At the heart of my practice is empowering persons and families to navigate their lives in a manner congruent with what matters most to them. The aim is for you to achieve heartfelt goals of transformation, discovering meaning and value in everyday connections. Each person and family is unique. So, the approach is integrative, relational and customized just for you. As someone who values lifelong learning, I’m grateful to hold two master's degrees; and I'm currently completing doctoral work this year. This extensive training, coupled with years of practical experience, affords a profound appreciation for the complexities of the human experience. From a Saturday night convo that warmed my heart as a Dad.

My daughter: “So, sometimes we forfeit possibilities because we live by memories of our past that is no more.”

Me: That’s right, Baby bear…. We don't wait on the day to happen to us or our (life) story to unfold. Agency means we happen to the day, write the day with our choices, and remember the power of creativity. So, twist the plot and change your story.

The past has shaping power but doesn’t determine 100% our future. Our choices in the ever-moving “now” (that we can habituate the more we make them) have future implications. We can miss this if we’re fixated on a future (that doesn’t yet exist) or past pains from moments we can’t change.
