Sights and sounds from Ibiza, Spain.☀️🐚🌹🪶

I’m still processing what was a most nourishing and insightful retreat experience. A video recap is coming soon.🪷

The first slide offers a pause for mindfulness. Take a moment to listen to the soothing sound of the Mediterranean Sea while also gazing upon the gorgeous sunrise.🌅

Slide 5 is a picture of a leaf I found in my backyard this morning. I turned 48 yesterday (10/27) and I set an intention for my personal new year to be filled with abundance and self-love. Finding a heart-shaped leaf is a great start for this next rotation around the sun. It’s also a reminder that love is everywhere.🍂

I wish you peace, ease, purpose, and joy as we move through these last few days of October and towards closing out 2025.💕

I love a Saturday yoga class, and especially one that’s virtual. You can roll out of bed, onto your mat, and ease into the rest of your day. I also say that if you do nothing else on a Saturday, at least you’ve done your yoga!

I’m leading two virtual Saturday classes this month. Join me for a 60-minute Vinyasa Yoga session this Saturday, September 6, at 10 AM ET. My next Vinyasa session is on Saturday, September 20.

Preparing to take my one and only to college this weekend is uprooting grief I experienced exactly 30 years ago when I was headed to college. 1995 started as the summer of a lifetime, and ended up teaching me about grief, death, and tragedy. This newsletter is a reflection on love, loss, and new beginnings.

Introducing Oracle Card Mondays!✨

Each Monday, I’ll share a card I pulled from one of my oracle decks. Different from tarot, oracle card decks do not have a set number of cards or a certain structure used for providing guidance. Unless I’m working with a specific client request or asking about a particular situation, my practice is to clean my cards with sacred smoke before each use, shuffle, and then pick the top card. The channeled message is usually right on time.🤗

Oracle cards can provide insight, inspiration, and affirmations. I often suggest they be included as part of a spiritual toolkit. Sometimes you need yoga. And sometimes you need a good word.💜

I’ll share a picture of the selected card, corresponding message, and oracle deck that was used.🔮
