🍂 Fall is in the air — and while we love the season, we’re always working hard to prevent the other kind of fall! At Sullivan House, keeping our seniors safe is our top priority. One of the amazing tools we use is the CarePredict watch — a smart device that helps us monitor activity, track movement patterns, and alert us when a fall occurs. While there’s no way to completely prevent falls, our team is dedicated to using technology like CarePredict, along with other proactive safety measures, to prevent, respond quickly, and identify trends that keep our residents safe and thriving. 💛
