Did you know that a short 10-minute walk can do more than burn calories? It can shift your entire mindset!

Here’s why: Movement reduces stress hormones like cortisol and releases endorphins—the chemicals that make you feel good. This doesn’t just improve your mood; it helps you make healthier food choices too.

For example, one of my clients used to reach for chips after a stressful day. Now, she takes a quick walk, and 9 times out of 10, she feels like having something more nourishing instead.
