The Therapy Department has rolled out our "Champion's Corner" and awards! 🥇

This is for short- and long-term residents to celebrate their successes as they graduate, and last week we celebrated our first two graduates!

Mrs. Wendy Goodson recovered from a femur fracture and was discharged home walking over 150 ft with a RW and supervision. Mrs. Dorothy Whitsett came to our facility requiring a mechanical lift for all transfers and was unable to assist with her self-care. She graduated therapy on Friday having regained the ability to walk with supervision using a RW and is able to complete most self care with SUP.

We're so proud of Wendy and Dorothy's dedication and care journey with us! 🌟

Clean hands are one of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of illness. With flu season upon us, simple steps like frequent handwashing make a big difference in protecting our residents, team members, and communities!
