At Project MAC, we know that life is full of moments where communication matters whether you’re meeting someone new, starting a job, or expressing your needs. Our Life Skills & Communication class is thoughtfully designed for adults with diverse abilities, offering a supportive space to build essential skills that lead to greater independence, confidence, and connection.

🧠 Why is communication important for adults with disabilities?
Strong communication skills open doors to friendships, opportunities, and self-advocacy. This class helps participants practice real world interactions like active listening, asking for help, expressing feelings, and solving problems in everyday scenarios.
