What an incredible kickoff this week! ๐ We welcomed back so many familiar faces AND plenty of new ones, all ready to take the first step toward a healthier lifestyle. ๐ช๐
Our ๐ญ๐ฌ-๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ธ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ is designed to help beginners (yes, even if youโve never run before!) gradually build stamina and confidence. Week by week, weโll guide you from walking and light jogging to crossing the finish line of a 5K with pride. We also have many participants that choose to simply walk. Along the way, youโll find encouragement, accountability, and a supportive community cheering you on. ๐ฆ๐
โจ Itโs not too late to join! Whether your goal is better fitness, meeting new friends, or proving to yourself that you CAN do it, this program is for you.
